Family Marketing is seeking an energetic self starter to fill the position of
Digital Marketer, for our expanding digital division. This individual will help
support all digital departments, (web, social, SEO, SEM, creative). The Digital
Marketer would also be responsible to creating and supporting sales material,
billings, etc; for the Mid-West Family sales team.

Education: 2 or 4year degree in marketing, marketing
communications with an emphasis in online marketing theory, tools and tactics;
or similar experience
must have experience, training, or a sound knowledge of the listed tasks above.
Mid-West family is looking for that certain individual that is eager to take on
multiple tasks and assist when called upon. The ideal candidate is willing to
change focus quickly and is accustom to working within a fast paced-ever
include but not limited to:
Support, plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) . Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Creation and support of sales presentation materials. Support Project Manager with tasks, client needs and sales support. Assist and improve digital department processes, materials, and training. Exceptional written and oral skills.
