Marketing and Sales Assistant

Do managing projects, processes and people intrigue you? Do you have a passion for marketing? Mid-West Family Marketing in Madison is in search of a Marketing and Sales Assistant. Mid-West Family Marketing-Madison owns seven radio stations, a full-service digital marketing company and a full-service events department. This Marketing and Sales Assistant will work closely with our highly-trained, top Marketing Account Managers to handle many of the day-to-day activities required to maintain and grow our company.

Duties include but not limited to:
Client meetings with the Marketing Account Managers
Direct communication with clients on day-to-day items
Internal Communication with several departments
Proposal writing with guidance
Basic reports and scheduling
Order entry
Checking confirmations/traffic for accuracy
Internal Forms
Limited A/R tasks
Aircheck retrieval
Back-up for Marketing Account Managers
Client/Prospect research and development
Helping cover front desk duties
Additional tasks as deemed necessary

Vacancy Type:
Full Time

Experience:
Successful candidate will have exceptional computer skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Also, strong listening, writing, time management and relationship-building skills. An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing is desirable but not mandatory.
