|JOB DESCRIPTION: Mid-West Family Broadcasting/Madison, Wisconsin is searching for a Content Director for our Madison Wisconsin Market. You must be a strategic thinker, as well as, have the ability to write creatively for on air and online content. The ability to create on air imaging for multiple formats, outstanding promotional execution and ability to interpret research findings is also required. This position also includes on-air skills and various promotional/remote appearances as scheduled. Proven production skills are essential. |
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates should be creative, imaginative, have good communication and organizational skills. Must have a minimum of 5 years of radio management experience. The candidate should have some knowledge of Selector, Microsoft Word, Excel and have the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects. Qualified candidates will portray a positive attitude and strong work ethic to ensure a productive and successful environment with the company.
