Does the ever-changing digital atmosphere excite you?  Do you want to help businesses maneuver through the confusing online world?   Mid-West Family Madison has an opening of a new position in our digital department.  We are looking for one individual to join our current staff to help support our digital marketing initiatives which include website design & development, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, database marketing, targeted display campaigns, content creation, and video production.  

The main objective of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to assist in the internal processes that go into creating an online presence for our clients through the use of digital and online media. This candidate will help support, develop and implement all digital brand and social media initiatives to drive brand engagement and advocacy as part of integrated brand communications. They will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of all digital programs from campaign briefing to monitoring and measurement of performance. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the different departments to ensure that all brand initiatives are fully integrated. While the primary function of this role is to support the successful implementation of client campaigns, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will also be expected to manage a small number of accounts on their own.

Primary Duties :
The candidate will assist our SEO/SEM/Social Media departments with content creation, platform strategy, keyword research, and client deliverables and analytics. 

The candidate will also assist in project management and content creation for website design/development and video projects. 

The candidate will work directly with clients to gather the necessary information to ensure projects move forward and stay on the timeline.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to provide sales and administrative support as needed, including, but not limited to, proposal development, order entry, and client research.


Secondary Duties :
Assist in the identification of new digital innovations and opportunities and define if and how the brand should engage.

Assist in the research of consumer insights & online behavior and explore new initiatives and developments which can be brand enhancing.

We are excited to hire an individual with strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple projects. Ideally, the successful person will have 2-3 years of digital experience either agency side or client experience in digital marketing for the same period of time.  

Wages and Benefits:
This is a full-time position 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. An additional number of hours may be available in unexpected circumstances. A full benefits package is available which includes Health, Dental, 401K, and Flexible spending.
